TIAGN I, Inc. is a subsidiary of NCR Atleos Corporation and operates the ReadyCode network and related ATM transaction processing, settlement, and regulatory support services for approved programs and counterparties.
TIAGN I, Inc. is not the issuer of customer accounts or the direct customer-facing provider. The applicable issuer, participant, bank, wallet provider, payroll provider, merchant program, payee, or other counterparty identified in the relevant app, account materials, or receipt is responsible for the customer relationship and underlying transaction authorization.
ReadyCode transactions may be conducted through ATM operators and other third-party service providers, including Cardtronics, acting in an operational, service-provider, intermediary, or authorized-delegate capacity where applicable. TIAGN I, Inc. remains responsible where required by law or the applicable disclosure framework.

ReadyCode Overview
ReadyCode enables approved participants and counterparties to support cardless ATM transactions through participating ATMs in the United States. ReadyCode access may be delivered through an approved participant's mobile app, website, IVR, SMS, email, call-center workflow, or other approved channel depending on the applicable program structure.
TIAGN I, Inc. routes transaction requests, supports settlement and reconciliation, and maintains the ReadyCode network framework. The party identified in the applicable customer-facing materials, account terms, or receipt determines the customer journey, account relationship, and transaction authorization.
Participating ATM operators, including Cardtronics where applicable, may provide ATM services and may act on behalf of TIAGN I, Inc. in a service-provider, intermediary, or authorized-delegate capacity where required by law or the applicable program structure.
Consumer Notice for ReadyCode Transactions
TIAGN I, Inc. (NMLS #1505655) operates the ReadyCode network and may provide processing, settlement, licensing, compliance, or other regulated support services for ReadyCode transactions.
TIAGN I, Inc. is not the issuer of the account or funds used in a ReadyCode transaction. The participant, issuer, bank, wallet provider, payroll provider, merchant program, payee, or other counterparty identified in your app, account materials, or receipt may be responsible for your account, transaction authorization, and the underlying transaction obligation.
ReadyCode transactions may be conducted through ATM operators or other third-party service providers, including Cardtronics, acting as service providers or, where applicable, on behalf of TIAGN I, Inc. in an authorized-delegate or similar capacity. These parties do not independently provide the consumer-facing account relationship for ReadyCode transactions.
